Running a bigger office? See your volume number →

You pay for the people who run the money and the paperwork. Field crews are unlimited and free: they run on hours and quantities, never a dollar figure. Owner, sub and architect portals are free too, so handing out access costs you nothing.

That is a billing mechanism, not a promotion: the seat quantity we send Stripe is literally your office-seat count, so a hundred field logins cannot reach the invoice.

Month-to-month
No term contract, no minimum seats, cancel from Settings → Billing.
No required setup fee
Onboarding help exists as an optional purchase. Nothing gates the product behind it.
Your records stay readable
Billing lapses stop writing, never reading. Your documents and CSV registers export either way.

Seat math

Work out your own number.

One rate, one multiplier, and two classes of person who are never in the multiplication. Here is the whole calculation, and what it comes to at three worked examples.

Office seat

Billed

Anyone who authors the work: project managers, estimators, accounting, the owner. They get the money surfaces, the paperwork, the drawings, and the AI. This count — office memberships plus the owner — is the quantity we send Stripe, and nothing else is.
Field seat

Free, unlimited

Daily logs, photos, punch, crew time, and view-only drawings on a phone. A field seat is denied every dollar figure at the top of the permission check, and it never runs the AI — which is exactly why handing one out costs nothing.
Owner, sub and architect portals

Free, unlimited

Magic-link views scoped to one project — pay-app review, change-order approval, waiver signing, submittal returns. They are not accounts and not seats, so they cannot appear on an invoice.
What the subscription comes to, before any volume discount. Monthly, at today's rate. Billed once a year, at today's rate.

10$1490$14900$4090$40900
25$3725$37250$10225$102250

Those are list totals, which is what self-serve checkout charges. Past 9 office seats a graduated volume discount applies — each additional seat is priced in its own band, so the marginal seat never gets more expensive as you grow. Run your seat count through the estimator and it answers on the page — six questions, a number, no waiting on a call back.

What the seat buys

Four things you can check on day one.

We do not have a logo wall to show you, and we are not going to borrow one. These are mechanisms instead of adjectives — each one is a refusal or a record you can trigger yourself in the first week.

  1. 01

A draw cannot be marked paid over an unsigned waiver.

The server refuses the status change and hands back the list of subs who billed this period with nothing signed on file. An owner or admin can override, and the override is written to the audit trail with their name on it. The gate is the product, not a reminder email you can ignore.

  2. 02

The numbers your controller has to tie out.

Cross-project WIP — revised contract, cost to date, percent complete, revenue earned, over and under-billing — as a report and a CSV, plus a keyed accounting export in integer cents whose re-runs are byte-identical. It is built for the conversation with a CPA or a surety, not for a dashboard screenshot.

  3. 03

An architect replies by email and the RFI closes itself.

Connected inbox, answer matched to the open RFI, status moved to answered — but only when the reply came from the address the RFI was actually routed to and the classifier is confident. Anything else lands in the inbox for a person. Nobody has to create an account to answer you.

  4. 04

    It refuses rather than guesses.

There is no default scale anywhere: the measure tools stay disabled until you calibrate a page, and markups pasted onto an uncalibrated sheet keep their geometry and lose their numbers. Compare two revisions that do not align and you get a refusal, not an invented change order. Every AI output is a draft until a person presses send.

Compare

What's in each plan.

Both plans ship the whole app, the AI agents, the Blueprint engine, and unlimited field seats. Ultra adds scale, control, and support — so most of this table is the same in both columns, and you can hide the rows that are.

Before you buy

The billing
questions.

What a seat is, what happens when you cancel, and what a young product means for what you are paying for. The rest of the FAQ →

  1. 01Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. Trials are arranged with us: we set your workspace up with a 30-day pilot on the full Pro feature set — drawings, manual takeoff, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, daily logs, plus the AI drafting agents and the Blueprint PDF engine — with no credit card. When it ends the workspace moves to Starter, a $0 capped state, and your data stays exactly where it is. Field-crew seats and client/sub portals are free and unlimited on every plan.

  2. 02How much does it cost?

Office seats are the priced unit: Pro is $149 per office seat / month and Ultra is $409. Annual prepay bills 10 months for 12. Field-crew seats, clients, and subs are always free.

  3. 03What's the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing through the Stripe billing portal — auto-renew turns off and your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer refunds on subscriptions. Export your data before or after (see the data question below).

  4. 04Is it worth the seat price?

Only office seats are paid — field crews, clients, and subs are always free, so you're paying for the people who run the money and the paperwork. A seat tends to pay for itself when it saves a few hours a week of takeoff, change-order drafting, pay-app assembly, and chasing signatures, plus the margin you protect by catching slips early. We don't publish a one-size ROI figure because it depends on your volume — run it on a live job during your pilot and judge it on your own numbers.

  5. 05Am I locked in?

No. Office seats are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no term contract — and your data exports out (per-project document ZIPs, CSV registers for RFIs/COs/submittals/pay-apps/WIP, and a full account export). We don't hold your project records hostage to keep you subscribed.

  6. 06What counts as a billable seat?

Office seats, and nothing else. An office seat is anyone who authors the work — project managers, estimators, accounting, the owner — and the number we send Stripe is literally your office-seat count (office memberships plus the owner). Field-crew seats are unlimited and free: they get daily logs, photos, punch, crew time, and view-only drawings, they never see a dollar figure, and they are never counted. Client, sub, and architect portals are magic-link views scoped to one project, not accounts, so they cannot reach the invoice either. Move somebody between field and office whenever you like — the seat count follows the roster.

  7. 07You're a young product — what does that mean for what I'm buying?

The product is live and supported, and we are finalizing it around our first customers. Expect changes to land often, and expect us to answer when you tell us something is wrong. Concretely: features get added and changed often, screens move, and we don't commit to an uptime service level — that's stated in the Terms rather than buried. What it does not change: it's the same production database, backups, and tenant isolation every workspace gets, your data stays exportable at any time, and nothing AI-drafted leaves your workspace without a person pressing send.

  8. 08Is the AI an extra charge?

No. The agents are part of the seat — there is no separate AI licence to buy and no per-draft charge. Each Pro office seat brings 1,000 AI actions a month, pooled across the workspace so a heavy estimator doesn't starve a light project manager, and Ultra seats are unlimited (fair-use rate limits apply). Every call shows what it will cost before it runs, and the result is saved so you can look at it again without spending twice. Field-crew seats don't include AI and aren't billed for it.
