neuroBLDR is built by PlazaTech LLC in North Houston, Montgomery County, with roots in a family commercial-construction business — tenant improvements, ground-up retail, healthcare fit-outs — the same shape of work a growing commercial GC runs in every metro in the country.

For years those jobs ran on the same stack everyone else does: enterprise tools built for ENR Top 400 firms, residential-shaped products that don't fit commercial work, spreadsheets, a shared drive where every drawing has three versions, and one PM's inbox that's the real source of truth for the whole job. That stack works — at the cost of a lot of office time and the quiet margin leaks nobody tracks. We got tired of paying that tax.

neuroBLDR is one workspace that holds every artifact a project produces — drawings, RFIs, change orders, daily logs, photos, takeoff, pay apps, lien waivers, the client portal, sub time, vendor bills — with 16 AI agents that draft, analyze, and queue the busywork alongside you. It runs several jobs at once, with a role for every seat in the office and a per-project money firewall so the field sees quantities and not dollars.

We don't take a cut of your money and we don't process client payments. neuroBLDR just produces clean AIA G702/G703 PDFs and lets your bank handle the rest — it's pure software, no money movement. Free field seats, clients and subs are unlimited, and your data is yours to export.

1. 01Operator-led. The people who build neuroBLDR answer the support email and run the demos. The first hires will be operators, not enterprise sales reps.
2. 02We read every application, and we say so plainly when neuroBLDR is not the right fit yet.
3. 03Your data is yours. Export project documents and core registers anytime, request a full account export, or contact us to request workspace deletion.
4. 04We do not use your project data to train neuroBLDR models. Requested AI features send only the needed context through configured providers under their applicable data terms.

Software leaves the growing commercial GC in the middle. He is too big for the residential-shaped tools — he needs AIA billing, a schedule of values, retainage, lien waivers, WIP and real project roles — and too small to absorb what the enterprise platforms charge, or the implementation project they arrive with.

Meanwhile AI finally got useful enough that the busywork — drafting RFIs, measuring drawings, summarizing daily logs, assembling pay apps from cost codes — is automatable.
