Run the job,
not the paperwork.

Measure drawings into priced takeoffs, draft change orders, assemble pay apps, and surface schedule slips in one workspace. Your team reviews every outbound document before it leaves.

Without neuroBLDR

Sound familiar?

Today, running a commercial job comes with a second shift nobody bills for: you build all day, then draft, re-key, chase and reconcile at night. It costs you evenings, lets things slip, and makes the money show up late.

Your evenings

You write the RFIs, pay apps and logs after dinner — because the day was for building.

Your memory

Approvals slip through, because chasing them is nobody's actual job but yours.

Your 8 open tabs

Spreadsheets, a shared drive, and an inbox — none of which talk to each other.

Your cash

Billing assembled by hand goes out late, so the money sits in the field, not the bank.

neuroBLDR exists to delete that second shift. Here's how.

What it does

Four jobs you stop doing by hand.

01

Measure once. Reuse the quantities.

Calibrate a sheet and measure on the drawing — lengths, areas, perimeter, volume, and candidate symbol matches you confirm — then push approved quantities into a priced estimate.

02

Every document, one place.

Plans, specs, contracts, photos — filed to the project and searchable in plain English. The latest revision is always the one on top, for the office and the field.

Paperwork drafts itself. You approve.

Describe the change in one sentence; get back a priced change order with scope, exclusions and standard terms. Nothing sends without your sign-off — you review, edit, and approve every document. Estimates, daily logs and billing work the same way.

The next action stays visible.

Overdue RFIs and submittals surface with follow-up drafts for approval, while slipping tasks and expiring insurance stay on the radar. AIA G702/G703 pay apps build from the SOV, and clients review them from a project-scoped link.

Before / after

Get your evenings back.

The work that used to follow you home gets done during the day — by the agents, alongside your team. Same job, far less of it on your shoulders.

A job, run by hand

  • Site all day, then a second shift of paperwork at the kitchen table.
  • RFIs and submittals waiting on you; follow-ups you keep meaning to send.
  • Pay app rebuilt by hand, sent late — cash slides another two weeks out.
  • Client emails you for an update because there's nowhere else to look.

The same job, with a brain

  • Drafts are written and waiting for one click before you leave the trailer.
  • Overdue RFIs and submittals surface with follow-up drafts ready for approval.
  • The pay app is assembled from the SOV and progress — review it, then send.
  • Client watches progress and approves on a portal; your phone stays quiet.

We won't pretend a number we can't prove. The honest promise: the busywork that used to own your nights gets handled during the day — so nothing slips and the money moves sooner.

The questions
we get most.

The short answers on pricing, your data, and how it fits your stack. See the full FAQ →

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 14 days with the core app (AI excluded), plus unlimited field-crew seats and unlimited client/sub portals. Paid tiers add the AI agents and the Blueprint PDF engine; a couple of advanced features (custom branding, custom document templates) are Ultra-tier.

What happens to my data if I cancel — can I get it out?

Your data is yours to export. From each project you can download its documents as a ZIP and pull its registers (RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay-app and WIP data) as CSV, and you can request a full export of your account data. After you cancel we retain your workspace so you can still export; contact us to pull a full copy or to request deletion. (We don't yet offer a one-click whole-workspace archive — it's on the list; for now the per-project exports plus an account export cover your records.)

Does it sync with QuickBooks Online?

You can connect QuickBooks Online to push approved vendor bills and pay-app invoices, and pull payment status back into neuroBLDR. Deeper two-way sync — cost-code and GL-account mapping — is actively in progress. Xero and Sage 100/300 Construction are on the roadmap.

Who can see the financial numbers?

You control it. Money visibility is role-based per project: owners and admins see everything; project managers and estimators see contract values and margin; superintendents see costs but not margin; foremen and field-crew seats see no dollar figures at all; viewers see none. Owners can tune the grid per role.

How is my data isolated and protected?

Application guards derive workspace and project access from the signed-in user, revalidate child record IDs, and deny unassigned project access. External portal tokens are project-scoped, time-bounded, revocable, and hashed at rest. Postgres row-level security policies and tests provide a second layer; production activation is independently launch-gated. neuroBLDR does not use customer project data to train its own models, and requested AI features send only the context needed through configured providers under their applicable data terms.

How is it different from Procore or Buildertrend?

Procore is enterprise-priced and complex; Buildertrend leans residential. neuroBLDR is AI-native from day one and ships AIA G702/G703 pay-app billing and conditional/unconditional lien waivers in the core product rather than reserving them for top tiers.
