When your crew knows what's next
One thing that changes how a job runs.
01 · Shipped
What changed in neuroBLDR
Nothing customer-facing shipped this week. When it does it lands right here — no filler.
02 · How to use it
One move for this week
Pick one trade—framing, MEP, finish—and for the next job, write out the sequence for that trade in three sentences. Print it. Hand it to the lead on day one and ask him to brief his crew. Watch what happens. You'll see where your current handoff breaks. That's your starting point.
03 · Why it matters
What we're seeing out there
I've watched jobs grind because the crew shows up and nobody's clear on sequence. Not because the plan is bad—because it didn't get to the people doing the work in a way that stuck. A foreman yells it out, or it lives in an email nobody opened, or it's a PDF on a tablet that doesn't load on site. The trades move fast and they need to know what's coming. When they don't, you get rework, idle time, and frustration. It's not about more meetings. It's about the right information reaching the right person at the moment they need it.
